Sam Teo, Chief Executive Officer of Treasure Global Inc., has a proven track record in diverse fields prior to assuming this leadership role. Leveraging his expertise especially in IT related businesses, he has accumulated a long list of achievements including founding ZCITY (Gem Reward Sdn Bhd), a platform that provides users with payment solutions while enjoying various offers and discounts via its extensive connectivity and network of merchants. This unique business model is fast gaining traction the platform has continued to garner increasingly wider acceptance among merchants and users throughout Malaysia.

Sam had also served as a Business Partner in YES Support Sdn Bhd, which excelled in its business expansion trajectory under his firm yet innovative leadership. His keen focus on building a robust customer relationship, and his unrivalled sales skills have led the company to consistently surpass sales targets, especially in the B2C segment. Sam is a great strategist and business development expert with almost 11 years of experience in sales. He has a great ability to identify business opportunities by closely collaborating with clients and servicing their needs in a timely manner, harnessing his skills in both strategic and tactical knowledge, and innovative technologies. His CRM projects have been executed effectively and this had helped the company to expand at a fast, steady pace, with the successful opening of up to 11 chain stores around the Klang Valley.


Sam held various senior management positions before being promoted to CEO. His last position as the Chief Innovation Officer, benefited the company in several ways, particularly in leadership roles where he successfully created many high performance teams through the implementation of robust goal setting agendas, rigorous time based management practices and developing a cohesive corporate culture.

Sam holds a B.A (Hons) degree and Diploma in Building Management from UK Sheffield Hallam University in 2007.
